This page says what Horned Toad Ventures LLC collects on West Texas Sunsets (hornedtoadventures.com), and what we do with it.
Effective October 8, 2026.
The Submit Your Sunset form
If you send us a photo, the form asks for:
- Your name
- Your email
- One to three photos
- Where it was taken (optional)
- A short note (optional)
We use this only to review your submission, to credit you if we post a photo, and to reply to you. We don’t add you to a mailing list.
Your photos
We post a photo only if you tick the permission box. When we post one, we credit you by name. We never post your email.
Changed your mind? Email hello@hornedtoadventures.com and ask us to take a photo down or delete your submission, and we will.
Analytics
We count visits with Independent Analytics, which runs on our own server. It sets no tracking cookies, and it keeps nothing that personally identifies you. We use it to see which pages get looked at, not who is looking.
Hosting
The site is hosted by Porkbun. Like any host, they handle the technical details of a visit, such as an IP address, so the pages can be served.
No selling, no ads
We don’t sell your information, we don’t share it with advertisers, and the site doesn’t run ads.
Children
This site isn’t directed at children under 13, and we don’t knowingly collect their information.
